Rental Policies

Maximum Occupancy:

10 including adults and children.

Pets:

We love pets but due to allergies, pets are not allowed. 

Smoking:

This is a No Smoking property.

Trash:

All guests are required to remove their trash from the property.  Bears and raccoons are frequent visitors so trash needs to be handled properly.
There are three convenient options:
1. Tuesday morning pick up at the cabin.
2. Drop off at nearby Transfer Station. Details are posted at the cabin.
3. Take your trash with you. 

Fire Pit:

Keep your campfire small - A campfire is less likely to escape control if it is kept small. A large fire may cast hot embers long distances. Add firewood in small amounts as existing material is consumed. No bonfires please!  * Attend your campfire at all times *

Cleaning:

Mandatory cleaning fee per stay of $300.

We pride ourselves by offering a very clean house in tip top condition. Guests are asked to empty the refrigerator, freezer and empty trash cans prior to departure. Please sweep, wash and put away all dishes and kitchen utensils. Please pickup and remove all trash both inside and outside.

A normal cleaning is performed with each rental.

Linens:

Guests need to bring their own linens and towels.  Blankets and pillows are provided.  4 queen beds, 4 twin beds.

Linens and towels can be provided if requested for a laundering fee of $200.

We cheerfully provide a welcome starter package of paper goods to get you going!

Quiet Hours:

Patio and outdoor areas have quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM as not to disturb neighbors. In addition, please limit your activities to our property – do not enter any neighbor’s yards. Most have cameras. Please respect and enjoy the quiet nature of the neighborhood.

Security Deposit:

Mandatory Security Deposit $500 - A separate check is made out for the security deposit. It is not cashed unless there is damage. Within two days of departure the home is inspected and as long as no damage has occurred, the check is voided and sent back immediately.

Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation, guest shall make a request in writing to owner as soon as possible. Attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. This lease shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured. Your deposit less a $50 service fee will be refunded.
